Proposed Causeway Development Updated 3 December 2011

BSCF TO SEEK JUDICIAL REVIEW
Following this correspondence between the BSCF and Cllr Ashley, chairman of the EHDC's Development Control Committee, the BSCF is to seek a judicial review of that committee's decision to grant outline planning permission to Henderson to develop the Causeway site.

Please write to Mark Prisk, the local MP, to support the BSCF's request for a judical review. See this letter from an angry Bishop's Stortford resident.

Proposed Schools' Relocation Updated 3 December 2011

SCHOOLS PUBLIC INQUIRY ENDED

The Public Inquiry into the superschool proposals ended on 14 October 2011. A decision is expected on or before 24 April 2012.
